Welcome to my website, A Passing Glance!  I am so happy that you have taken the time to visit.  This site is intended to be a place for my family, friends, and anyone else who is interested, to learn a little about me and my photography as it relates to the things that are most important in my life.  While I am not a professional photographer, I consider myself a serious amateur who is trying to produce quality work.  That being said, I am also an avid “scrapbooker,” and the family photo historian.  Sometimes that means taking along a point and shoot camera and just “taking pictures” at family gatherings and the like.  I guess that is my way of saying that I think it will be evident which parts of my site represent what I consider to be good “work” and what parts are simply meant to provide photo documentation of the everyday stuff!  Hope you find something you like!
